House located in a pine forest by the sea. Panoramic house, it rotates and arranges its program based on the movement of the sun and the views of the Bay of Santander. Each and every one of the trees have been geolocated and preserved, adapting the geometry of the construction to the existing pine forest and respecting each tree. The finish of the house in local charred wood has a clear intention of adaptation to the environment and sustainability.
