The program of the MM_21 house is arranged in a U-shape, creating a plaza with a viewpoint sheltered from the strong winds that batter the hill on which it is located. This layout generates a viewing plaza oriented to the south and west, with the Picos de Europa mountains as a backdrop, highlighting the horizon with an infinity pool at sunset.
The radical horizontality of the entire house accentuates its panoramic character as a viewpoint, and large windows make the ground floor, porch, and house a single space with the same materials inside and out.
