The contest of ideas has brought a unique project that will change the environment.

The new town hall in Meruelo demonstrates the ability that may be of public architecture to create unique references anywhere without pharaonic investments. The project, designed by young architect Alberto Montes, will be completed with the demolition of the old municipal house and remodeling of the House of Culture and the Market Square. The set will aesthetically homogeneous space will radically change the look of San Miguel de Meruelo at a cost not to exceed 2.5 million euros.
