The Quinta Atlántica project is located in the town of Suances at 30 Ceballos Street, on a plot facing the Cantabrian Sea and with Rabbit Island as a focal point. The project uses Rabbit Island to orient the blocks towards it, ensuring that each home has a view of its interior.
The homes are arranged in two blocks, with a total of 34 units. All the units have north-south orientations.
The placement of the blocks addresses a series of historical urban needs, such as improving the connection between the town of Suances and the beach, creating a broad public connection. The project creates a new elevation at the entrance to Suances and pays homage to the town’s most iconic views, with Quinta Atlantica now just one of them.
